Registration opens 31 August 2026 and closes 11 October 2026, Accra local time (GMT). All registration and payments are handled securely.

Is the Board Meeting registered separately?

Yes. The G4 Alliance Board Meeting on Thursday 5 November is for board members only and has its own registration form.

What happens on Friday 6 November?

Friday is dedicated to G4 Alliance internal meetings, including Working Group Meetings and Permanent Council Business.

When is the Global Mercy visit?

On Saturday, 7 November. Lunch and tours aboard the Global Mercy in Tema Port are subject to confirmation from Mercy Ships.

Sunday 8 November is a free day with potential optional sightseeing opportunities. Wednesday 11 November has an optional Smile Train visit to Kumasi. Details for both are to be confirmed.
